Information that we collect: name, address, bank routing number, bank account number, W9 (if required) and email address. The purpose for gathering this information is to have the ability to electronically transfer funds to the user’s bank account for payments due to them. This is to eliminate the need for paper checks being sent through the mail system and to pay customers quicker and more securely.
The NoCheck Group, LLC will offer EU and Swiss individuals whose personal information has been transferred to us the opportunity to choose whether the personal information it has received is to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. Since The NoCheck Group, LLC is not a bank, we partner with JPMorgan Chase Bank, US Bank and Bank of America to allow them to transfer funds to the customer’s bank account through highly secure transmissions and using encryption technology. If our policy of transferring funds changes in the future, you will be notified. The NoCheck Group, LLC complies with the Data Privacy Framework Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, The UK and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
